ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner pertaining to fair price shop No.13, Gottumukkala Village, Kanchikacherla Mandal, Krishna District, vide No.A7/2277/2010, dated 22.06.2010 and not concluding the enquiry under Clause 5(5) of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same and to pass such other order or orders....." At the hearing, Mrs.Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 02.02.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.3148 of 2012 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.3148 of 2012 and W.V.M.P.N.1666 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 10th June, 2015 GHN
