VENKATA REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Public Prosecutor (TG), for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
This Criminal Petition Under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 359 of 2015 on the file of the Karimnagar II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence under Sections 354, 324, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC, offence under Section 3(1)(xi) of the SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989.
Heard and perused the material on record.
Even thought the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is dismissed, the respondent/police could not secure the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a law
abiding citizen and he is ready to cooperate with the investigating agency. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. The petitioner/A.1 herein is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on or before 30.12.2015 and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on the same day on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. Further, the petitioner is directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned daily between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
