This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec t 'n 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for sl-rrt 'LINSSJ accused No.1 in Crime No.1 191 of 2025 ,efore the & for grant of pre-irrrest bail to the petitioner, who i; arrayed as

Sl(sr, Crl.P. o.16636 of2025 Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Section V4(21 of BNS and Sections 3, 4, 5 of PIT Act.

The brief facts of the case arc that on 21.17.2025, on receipt of credible information, the police of Saroornagar conducted a raid at Hotel llonest Grand Lodge, Dilsukhnagar, and apprehended two alleged organize rs, one customer artd one woman, and seized cash and other material. Based on the alleged confessional statements of the apprehended accused, the petitioner was shou'n as accused No. 1 and was alleged to be the main organizer, though he was not present at the scene and no material was seized from him. 3.

Heard Smt. Mogili Anaveni, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as rvell as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State.

4 - Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was falsely impiicated and had no connection with the hotel or the alleged activities, and that the only basis for
