Sri R. Prabhakar petitioner/party-in-party seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition, with a liberty to challenge the proceedings in the charge sheet, if any filed, which was reported by this Court as per the report submitted by the I Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate dated 26.09.2016. Permission is accorded.

The criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the charge sheet/C.C., if advised.
