ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.
2. The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer of shop No.6 of Peddamudium Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. She is a group leader of Sri Sai Self Help Group. Based on the report of the third respondent, the second respondent issued a show cause notice to the petitioner on 13.03.2015 alleging certain irregularities. The petitioner has submitted her explanation on 19.03.2015. After considering the said explanation, the impugned order was passed on 02.04.2015 cancelling the authorization of the petitioner. Challenging the said order, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that against the impugned order, right of appeal exists, but no appeal is filed by the petitioner.
4. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and as and when such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of appeal.
5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________________ A. RAMALINGESWAR RAO, J 15th June, 2015 sj
