Amudala Venkataratnam, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31171 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred a Revision LR No.9818/tw.Ltr.2/2005 challenging the order of the 2nd respondent on 10-06-2005.
2.
Petitioner contends that the said Revision is kept pending by the 1st respondent and is not being disposed of even though a notice dt.18-03-2015 was issued for disposal of the said Revision. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioner contends that the Revision was originally filed before the Revenue Department of the Government of Telangana, but the said Department transferred it to the Tribal Welfare Department and when the matter was pending before the Revenue Department, the petitioner had been granted stay of the orders passed by the 2nd respondent on 30-08-2005 itself, but however, there is a threat of eviction by the Tribal Welfare Department officials, who may not honour the stay order granted by the Revenue Department.
4.
Heard the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents. She states that the 1st respondent will expeditiously decide the Revision filed by petitioner. 5.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the said Revision within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and pending disposal
MSR,J W.P.No.31171 of 2016 -2of the said Revision, the order dt.10-06-2005 of the 3rd respondent shall remain as stayed. No costs.
6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
