HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37324 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not issuing e-pass books and making relevant entries in the revenue records for the land admeasuring Ac.9.08 gts situated at Sy.Nos.11,11/a,11/aa, and 12/aa2, Ac.9.08 gts situated at Medaram Village, Nereducherla Mandal, Suryapet District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted the application on 21.6.2018, seeking for issuance of e-pass books and making relevant entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, no action has been taken so far. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the representation dated 21.6.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking issuance of e-passbooks and making relevant entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two to four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
