HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.564 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed seeking to find the respondent guilty of deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 27.09.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25413 of 2001.

It is represented by Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the respondent that the orders passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.25413 of 2001 were set aside by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1954 of 2013, vide order dated 25.06.2014. It is also stated that the same was informed to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who did not deny the said fact and agreed to close the contempt case. In view of the above submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall also stand closed.
