THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.21286 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 to 11 in refusing to issue application forms to the petitioners for admission into Management Quota seats (Category C-1) in Under Graduate Medical Courses for the academic year 201-14, either through their website or in person, as prequired by the Rules framed under G.O.Ms.No.136 (Health Medical and Family Welfare E1) Department, dated 06.07.2013 issued by the 1st respondent, as arbitrary and illegal.

This Court by interim order dated 18.07.2013 directed the respondent No.11 to issue application to the petitioner for admission to MBBS Course in the management quota (C-1) and receive the same, provided the petitioner submits the same before 7.00 p.m. today i.e., on 18.07.2013.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that in view of the above interim order, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
