In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 11.02.2016 to the 2nd respondent for grant of house site patta but no orders have been passed thereon.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application for allotment of house site patta within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application for allotment of house site patta within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
