Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against the interim order dated 6.2.2015 in I.A.No. 216 of 2015 in O.S.No. 41 of 2015 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of cases under SC & ST (POA) Act-cum-VIIAddl. District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy district at LB Nagar. Mr. Bala Naga Srinivas, learned counsel representing M/s. Bharadwaj Associates for appellant, submitted that the cause in this appeal has become infructuous, as the main I.A.No. 216 of 2015 itself was dismissed by the court below on 15.6.2017. In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. CMAMP Nos. 409 and 580 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
