THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36351 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to file a final report in Crime No.135 of 2015 on the file of Chengomol Police Station, Chengomol, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 registered the aforementioned false crime against him for the offences punishable under Sections 269, 270, 278 and 290 I.P.C. and he is not taking any steps to investigate into the matter and file a final report.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.4 is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.135 of 2015 on the file of Chengomol Police Station, Chengomol, Ranga Reddy District as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, in either way in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from today.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
