This Writ Petition is filed under an apprehension that respondent No.1 is not conducting the investigation as expeditiously as possible and apprehends that there is every likelihood of tampering of records and creating certain fabricated documents. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to expedite the investigation in Cr.No. 203 of 2014 on the file of Veerullapadu Police Station and complete the same, if the investigation is not already completed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
