CVNR, J WP 6822/2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner to attend the classes of 4th Year B. Tech., Second Semester, submit project report and to appear for examinations of 4th Year B. Tech, scheduled to be held in the Month of May, 2013, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the proceedings sheet shows that on 07.3.2013 this Court has granted an interim order. Though the counsel for either party is not present, it is reasonable to presume that the interim order has worked itself out and consequently further adjudication of the writ petition is not necessary. It is, however, made clear that the appearance of the petitioner in the 4th Year B.Tech examinations in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court shall be subject to the final outcome of the enquiry.

Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.8533 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
