THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7458 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar type of petition.

3. The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
