ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.P.No.771 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Family Court at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

2. Heard both counsel.

At the time of arguments, both the counsel in one voice submitted that the O.P.No.771 of 2015 may be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy and may be transferred to the Family Court, Rajahmundry.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, O.P.No.771 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and transferred to the Family Court at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Family Court, Rajahmundry is hereby directed to dispose of the O.P.No.771 of 2015 within six (06) months from the date of filing of the counter by the petitioner herein. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
