B.Malla Reddy v. State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep.By Its Prl. Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 12136 OF 2012 ORDER:
Heard Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The present Writ Petition came to be filed to declare the action of the respondent in not disposing the representation dated 02.11.2011, made by the petitioners and not resuming the land admeasuring Acs.2.30 guntas in Survey No.291/3 of Nagaram Village, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from the third parties in favour of the Government, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 02.11.2011 made by the petitioners, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same.
Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the request made by the petitioners, the present Writ Petition is disposed of advising the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 02.11.2011, made by the petitioners before the respondent, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
