THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1864 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code being aggrieved by the docket order dated 12-08-2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2208 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.13 of 2010 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the trial Court directed the petitioner herein to pay arrears of maintenance.

Without there being any appeal or revision against the order impugned, this court is of the view that the Criminal Revision Case is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
