This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 05.08.2015 passed in I.A.No.567 of 2015 in O.S.No.81 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 02.01.2018.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
