HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37387 OF 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the third respondent in not disposing of the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2018 vide Transaction ID No.FS0118028810 for conducting the survey of land admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents in Sy.No.291-8C, situated at Thimmareddipalem Village, Lingasamudram Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) would submit that if the said application is pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to conduct survey of the subject land of the petitioner.

3) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 22.07.2018, by taking into consideration the circulars issued from time to time, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from

today, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner and all the concerned, in accordance with law. 4) As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
