The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated:

16.06.2015, 19.06.2015,02.07.2015,17.07.2015,04.08.2015, 26.08.2015 and 21.09.2015 and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI V R N PRASHANTH Advocate for the Petitioner, G.P for R&B for the Respondent No. 1 to 4 and the Court made the following. Post the matter immediately after Dasara Vacation, 2015. In the meanwhile, interim order earlier granted on 16.06.2015 shall continue.
