2. Petitioner claims to be the owner of land in Survey No.1/20 of Narsapur Village, Ichoda Mandal, Adilabad District. The grievance of the petitioner is that his name is not being recorded in the revenue records for which he has already made an application on 02.11.2014 and the report of the Village Revenue Office (VRO) is already submitted to the Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) as early as on 15.04.2015 recommending the name of the petitioner.

3. Since the report of the VRO is already stated to be with respondent No.3 and since petitioner's application is stated to be pending from 02.11.2014, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to consider the said application in light of the report, referred to above, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
