This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against it in Crime No.138 of of Amangal Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 374 I.P.C. and Sections 26 of the Juvenile Justice Act and Sections 3, 7, 8 and 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 09.11.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kalwakurthy, and C.C No.471 of 2017 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
