The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to avail remedy under Order 21 Rules 97 and 101 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 opposing the E.P.No.49 of 2018 in O.S.No.1661 of 2017 on the file of the XIX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
