ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2015, has not received the attention it deserved by respondent No.3 with regard to the alleged illegal construction being raised by respondent Nos.6 and 7. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered and an endorsement was issued by respondent No.3 on 15.12.2015, wherein it was informed that the inspection of the building constructed by respondent Nos.6 and 7 by the Officials of respondent No.3, revealed that the construction is made strictly in accordance with the sanctioned plan.
Since no one represented the petitioner at the hearing, the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel remained uncontroverted.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.Nos.50456 & 50457 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 28th January, 2016 VGB
