THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.31699 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel for petitioners. Petitioners in anticipation of disconnection of power supply to their houses bearing D.Nos.1/25, 1/49-2, 1-104-2, 1/142-298, 1/131 and 1/147-B situated at Sivaganga, Kalekhanpet, Machilipatnam respectively, have filed the writ petition.

At the time of hearing, Mr.C.Raghu appearing for petitioners realises the difficulty in considering the anticipatory prayer of petitioners and requests the court to permit the petitioners to make representation to 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. The writ petition was filed in the year 2014 and counsel for petitioners is unable to inform the present state of affairs. The petitioners, hence are given liberty to make representation to 2nd respondent within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the event of such representation being made with a copy of this order, the 2nd respondent is directed to verify and pass orders in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
