The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action on the representation dated 19.7.2018 submitted by the petitioner seeking survey of the land admeasuring Ac.6.50 cents situated at Sy.No.106/1 of Rallapadu Villaoge, Lingasamudram Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner submitted his representation on 19.7.2018 to the 3rd respondent requesting to conduct the survey of the subject property, no action has been taken so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the online application dated 19.7.2018, submitted by the petitioner to conduct the survey of the subject property and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of three to five moths from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
