THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.6028 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the order dated 09-04-2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.422 of 2015 in Cr.No.602 of 2014 on the file of the XIV Additional Sessions Judge, Vijayawada by accepting the cash surety instead of local surety with immovable property and relax the attendance of the petitioner before the S.H.O., II Town Police Station, Vijayawada.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following directions :

The personal bond amount of Rs.50,000/- is reduced to Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only). As far as the condition of two local sureties who got immovable properties within the limits of Vijayawada city for a like sum, is concerned, if the petitioner intends to deposit cash surety, the Court below is directed to accept the same instead of local sureties who got immovable properties. ________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO
