THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17371 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing the Provisional Pass Certificate of the petitioner who had passed the Multi Purpose Health Workers (Female) Examination with Roll No.8095, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue the provisional pass certification to the petitioner. This Court while admitting the writ petition on 19.06.2013 granted interim direction to the 1st respondent to issue the Provisional Pass Certificate relating to the Multi Purpose Health Workers (Female) Course to the petitioner on payment of the required fee.

Though, this Court passed interim order on 19.06.2013, till today, no counter is filed by the respondents. Since the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 19.06.2013, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 19.06.2013, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.21098 of 2013. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
