HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7596 of 2015 ORDER :

The Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.12 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad which is the outcome of report of the Respondent in Crime No.34/ACB-HR/2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent-State (Anti-Corruption Bureau) represented by the Special Public Prosecutor for A.C.B. Cases, who filed the counter.

3) The criminal petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner that further remedies are left open to him to raise before the trial Court in view of the order of the Government for withdrawal of the prosecution reiterating the same from consideration of material.
