THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19759 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that without there being any suspension or cancellation of authorization, the respondents are not allowing the petitioner to distribute the scheduled commodities. Learned Government Pleader has produced a copy of proceedings dated 23.06.2016 before this Court wherein the authorization of the petitioner has been suspended. In the light of the proceedings dated 23.06.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings. Granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
