Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation (TG) for the respondents. 2.

According to petitioner, her father worked as NMR Lashkar between 09.03.2009 to 10.07.2010 in one office and later from 07.03.2012 to 12.01.2016 in another office and died while in service. According to petitioner her father was eligible for granting regularization by the time of his death and therefore, as per the orders in G.O.Ms.No.118 dated 18.08.1999 petitioner is entitled to consider for provision of employment on compassionate grounds. To this extent a representation was made on 12.09.2016 to the Superintending Engineer. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed. 3.

If a representation is received and so far no orders are passed, the Superintending Engineer, N.S.L.B.C.O & M Circle, Miryalaguda-2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the said representation within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
