THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.16384 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in Cr.No.1430 of 2009 on the file of Station House Officer, KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 13.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
