ORDER

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 22.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.849 of 2015 in O.S.No.18 of 2014 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, allowing the petition filed under Order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 CPC.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the main suit itself was dismissed on 24.11.2016 by the trial Court, the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
