THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.6668 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) On identical issue involved in this matter, a batch of writ petitions were decided by this Court by delivering a judgment dated 24.02.2014 along with W.P.No.30818 of 2012. The aforesaid judgment will be applicable to this matter also.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment rendered in W.P. No.30818 of 2012 and batch, dated 24.2.2014. No order as to costs.
