The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit O.S.No.1346 of 2012 on the file of the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of on 26.10.2015. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
