This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A.2 in Crime No.541 of 2017 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 386 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, apart from perusing the material available on record. 3.

The bail application filed by the petitioner-A.2 along with A.1 in Crl.P. No.10209 of 2018 was dismissed vide orders dated 04.10.2018. There are no changed circumstances. Therefore, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner-A.2 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 4.
