HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14937 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A3 seeks to quash the proceedings in CC No. 747 of 2011 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Suryapet, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409 & 420 IPC (FIR No. 85 of 2008 of Suryapet Police Station).

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 04.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Suryapet Town Police Station, Suryapet District and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 4.5.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 747 of 2011 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
