THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.30982 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have made a detailed representation/application in File No.C1/92/2015, dated 12.05.2015, which is pending with the Director of Survey, Settlements and Land Records, Survey Bhavan, Narayanguda, Hyderabad, the 2nd respondent. The petitioners state that their claim is based upon the orders of this Court in Application No.774 of 2014 in C.S.No.7 of 1958, dated 13.06.2014, and submit that their claim for release of the jewellery, as per the said order, is pending and no date as such is fixed so far.

On the last date of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue was directed to get instructions and today he confirms that the application of the petitioners is pending with the 2nd respondent.

Keeping in view the prayer of the petitioners, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix an early date for hearing of the application, call for the records, examine the matter and then take appropriate decision expeditiously after giving notice to the petitioners. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition

shall stand closed.
