This Court made the following:

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.28268 OF 2015 ORDER:

According to the petitioners, they were granted house site pattas to an extent of 100 square yards each and possession certificate were also granted to them. As per the terms of the pattas granted, thatched houses were constructed and petitioners have been living in the said thatched houses. In order to grab the properties the local leaders are making serious attempts to dispossess the petitioners out of the properties assigned to them. The office staff of respondents 2 and 3 visited the premises of the petitioners on 26.08.2015 and threatened to dispossess them from the properties. Immediately, petitioners have approached the respondents 2 and 3, but no response is given.

2. It appears from the material filed on record, petitioners were granted house site pattas and they are in possession. If that is so, respondent authorities are directed not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject properties without following due process of law.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
