During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the Commissioner of Fisheries-2nd respondent herein passed an order vide proceedings No.4092/E2/2016 dated 12.10.2018, ordering supercession of the Managing Committee. A copy of the same is placed on record. In view of the same, this writ petition filed against the show cause notice cannot be entertained now. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. However, it is open for the petitioners to question the order of supercession dated 12.10.2018. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
