Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that after completion of investigation, Investigating Officer has laid charge sheet and cognizance was taken in C.C.No.56 of 2016 on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Bhimili, Visakhapatnam, and the same ended in acquittal on 15.09.2016. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
