This criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 09.12.2014 passed in CC No.21 of 2014 on the file of the Special Judge for trial of A.C.B. cases in Rayalaseema Region at Kurnool.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submitted that after full-fledged trial, the petitioner was acquitted in CC No.21 of 2014. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in the matter. Hence, the criminal revision case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
