O R D E R

The prayers of the petitioner in this case are three fold. Primarily his grievance is with regard to the inaction of the Station House Officer, Chilakallu Police Station, Chilakallu, Jaggayapeta Mandal, Krishna District, the third respondent, in not acting upon his complaint dated 26.09.2015. The second prayer relates to this. The petitioner further alleged that the third respondent misbehaved with him when he went to submit the said complaint and he made a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Krishna District, on 27.09.2015 in this regard. He is aggrieved by the inaction on this complaint also. The first and third prayers relate to this grievance.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nandigama, Krishna District, filed a counter-affidavit stating that in relation to the contents of the complaint dated 26.09.2015, another complaint was lodged by one Bhanavat Sakru and thereupon, Crime No.210 of 2015 was registered under Sections 323 and 324 IPC read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Chilakallu Police Station. The Police laid a chargesheet after completing investigation in this crime in C.C.No.775 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggayapeta. In so far as the petitioner's complaint against the Station House Officer is concerned, it was stated that the Superintendent of Police, Krishna, ordered the Inspector of Police, Jaggayapeta, to cause an enquiry and thereupon, an enquiry was conducted and the report signed on 05.12.2015 was submitted to the Superintendent of Police, Krishna District, opining that the allegations leveled by the petitioner against the Station House Officer, Chilakallu Police Station, were false and fabricated.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as regards the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities with regard to both his complaints stands redressed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the conclusion of the police authorities upon conducting an enquiry into the allegations leveled by him against the Station House Officer, Chilakallu Police Station, under his complaint

dated 27.09.2015, it is for him to take appropriate measures in accordance with law to challenge the same. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
