The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 04-07-2018 passed by the 3rd respondent in LTR Case No.13/2018/MGR. As the same is not being taken-up, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the appeal filed by the petitioners against the order dated 04-07-2018 in LTR Case NO.13/2018/MGR passed by the 3rd respondent, if the same is in order as expeditiously as possible.
