THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.37201 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 15.09.2017, in W.P.No.31448 of 2017 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with the Writ Petition as material papers.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof, by setting aside the Order in M.C.No.21/2018, dated 19.02.2018, signed on 28.08.2018, of the Tahasildar & Mandal Executive Officer, Burgampahad/R.4 herein. However, this Order will not preclude the respondents from enforcing the bond, in the event the petitioner is convicted of the said offence at a later point of time. Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 15.09.2017, in W.P.No.31448 of 2017 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
