HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 17342 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A7 and A8, the condition to the extent that " they are directed to attend before Investigating Officer on every Sunday and Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. till charge sheet is filed" imposed in the order dated 07.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3124 of 2016 passed by the Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
