HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.37802 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed revision under Section 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act") in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1-71 cents in Sy.No.166 situated at H.Nidamanur Village, Nagulauppalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District along with Interlocutory application before the 3rd respondent. As no orders are passed, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the petitioner has already availed alternative remedy by way of filing revision under Section 9 of the Act before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay application/revision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Meanwhile, status-quo regarding revenue entries in respect of subject property shall be maintained.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
