HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 37384 of 2018 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.2.19 gts., in Sy.Nos. 358/ 2 and 358/ 3 of Pedda Mangalram Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following the Memo No.24196/ Assn.I/ (3)/ 2017-1 dated 18.12.2017, Memo issued by the Government of Telangana Revenue (Assn.I) Department bearing No.4233/ Assn.I/ (3)/ 2018-1, dated 05.03.2018 and CCLA Reference No.Assn.I(1)/ 33/ 2016 dated 19.03.2018 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made an application on 10.09.2018 seeking regularization of his land, till date no pass books are passed.
3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.
4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 10.09.2018, in accordance with law, as
expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs.
5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
