P.Naresh, v. The Joint Collector,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5944 of 2014 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for respondent No.4.
2.
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not passing orders on the stay application filed by the petitioner along with appeal on 25.02.2015.
3.
Now it is submitted by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent that the first respondent disposed of the appeal on 14.07.2014 by setting aside the order of the second respondent and to notify the vacancy and fill up the same as per rules and guidelines issued by the Government. It appears that the petitioner filed a revision against the said order before the District Collector, Anantapur and the same is pending.
4.
In view of the same, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous, and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO Date: 09.09.2015 TJMR
